Lifting Chain Components
There are many types of lifting chain components; we stock a large variety of Grade 100 components and some Grade 80 lifting chain components.
We always recommend that if you are buying them to make your own chain slings for lifting purposes that you look into buying them from a reputable company who is properly set up to manufacture and proof test them.
Although the products we stock are tested at the manufacturers plant, when making assemblies there are many things to consider to ensure they are built right and will lift the intended load with proper design factors.
In addition, not only do we 'Proof Test' all chain sling repairs and recertifications but also when we build them as new units. All our chain sling repairs and new chain slings come with a Proof Test Certificate.
